Victoria Harbor
Hong Kong Moving Forward
The Shrinking Victoria Harbor

An enclosed area in front of City Hall for swimming in the Victoria Harbor? Nope! Most of the water you see will become dry land although this is not the Red Sea, nor Moses the one working this miracle.

Moving the waterfront forward is part of going forth for Hong Kong. At least that is how the government sees it - or, saw it back some years ago when they did the planning. (Right: a boat involved in eating up the Victoria Harbor waterfront.)
