Taikoo Shing, a residential estate built back in the 80's, is still much in demand and actually acts as an index of some sort for the housing market. In the complex, there are commercial buildings, a mall (Cityplaza), and a direct link to an MTR station by the same name. If you work in an office building that is connected to any MTR station or even a KCR station, it is possible you can get to and back from work without ever needing to be exposed to the elements!
