Hong Kong Central Library

Overlooking the Victoria Park, the Hong Kong Central Library in Causeway Bay is probably the biggest public library in Hong Kong now. You would probably need to be a resident (one with a Hong Kong ID card) to borrow any material, but anyone is free to go in and read.

There are also many personal computers connected to the internet. In addition, if you have a notebook computer, you can connect to the network to access the internet.

It is located in between the Causeway Bay and Tin Hau MTR stations. Tin Hau is probably the better station to go from since Causeway Bay tend to be crowded. There are also many buses that pass by it.
