Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, a popular shopping and tourist district, Kowloon Park is a breath of fresh air from the crowds and noise. Don't be mistaken, however, that it is not crowded. At times it still is. It is just not as crowded! After all this is Hong Kong.
