At last, Hong Kong has a decent Vietnamese restaurant where the pho tastes clear and light and comes with requisite basil leaves and lime juice! For some comfort food you cant go wrong with the beef pho, especially on a cold day. The cabbage salad with chicken makes for good summer fare as does the watercress salad with strips of perfectly grilled beef. The soft shell crab rolls also make for a good appetiser, though Ive been recently converted to the fillet of sole rolls. The sole is deep fried and that extra touch adds a delightful crunch to the paper rolls.
