Chinese Dim Sum Restaurants

Above: "Dim-sum" carts being pushed around for a quick "pick-up".

Chances are, there are as many dim-sum restaurants in Hong Kong as there are people in your town! They are just everywhere in Hong Kong. And many of them are big enough to hold sit-down wedding banquets with at least 20 round tables of 10 guests each. Some can hold 40 or more of such tables.

There is one well-known chain restaurants here that probably has hundreds of various restaurants here, including those serving dim-sum. But if you want to have dim-sum, go in the morning or for lunch because it is usually not served after the lunch hours.
