The average Singaporean will tell you the best food to find is in the hawker centers. And that is quite true. As a multi-ethnic society, Singapore has all the foods from those cultures - Malaysian, Indian, and Chinese. And at the hawker centers (food courts located in just about every housing complex and district), you can find all of them and more.
