Hong Kong has changed a lot in years past, and not much attention was paid to preserving the old. One
notable hole is the locations where Sun Yat Sen had been - he was the Chinese forefather who led the revolution that
overthrew the Ching Dynasty monarch to establish modern China. Those locations are now nothing but a small sign on the sidewalk. But at least
you can see some artifacts at the Sun Yat Sen Museum.
In recent years, preserving historical buildings and 'collective memory' has come to the forefront.
An art gaining popularity and enjoyed by young and old alike is miniature scenes of old Hong Kong. Here're
a few shots and video clips from the 'Unique Hong Kong in Miniature' exhibition held at the City Gallery in Central.
